I led the modernization of a 40 years old legacy claims processing system to a cloud platform while heading the health insurance product called 'Accumulators' for a leading US health insurance company while working with Deloitte US. Led multiple successful releases by delivering 20K story points over 42 sprints.that led to savings of ~82K operators hours that saved ~$1.46M annually.
Achievement: Received Outstanding Award, 2 Applause Award, High Five Award, Spot Award for demonstrating great work in grooming activities, identifying gaps and supporting multiple releases.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

I led the creation of the US Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) for module - Claims Management while working with Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Also, worked on creation of improved Kansas Claims UI by identifying gaps within Kansas legacy UI and modernized Delaware and Colorado UIs, generating 150+ functional specification documents leading to ~40% improvement in user experience.

KeelWorks Foundation

I worked as a Lead Product Manager at KeelWorks, USA, leading the development of KeelHub product, a volunteer processing application, to improve the efficiency of volunteer processing and management and facilitate a smoother onboarding experience for volunteers. Liaised with business, engineering and design teams to gather requirements identifying 8 features and crafting 130+ user stories. Supervised 7 product managers to manage various capabilities within KeelHub to ensure effective implementation.

Glaxosmithkline (GSK)

​I led the enhancement of two products - Digital Site Engagement (DSE) and Site Document Exchange (sde) at Glaxosmithkline (GSK) to accelerate trial cycle time by 35 % in clinical trials and make GSK as a premier pharma company for conducting trials. Also, identified a critical security threat reducing potential document leakage to 29 out of 19.5K.

ThunderPod
Product Manager, Bengaluru, India
I led conceptualisation and launch of a marketplace for group health insurance offering at ThunderPod where B2B customers could discover, compare and customise group health insurance and make an informed decision to buy best policies for their employees. Also, played an instrumental role in clubbing this offering with the existing business i.e. buying health and wellness plans for employees, and generated incremental value for the business. Post launch, we measured reduction in decision making time for customers by 50% and increase in overall customer lifetime value by ~20%.
Achievement: Received Star award for building and launching a marketplace for B2B customers.
